A great opportunity has arisen to join a new team in an exciting growing company based in Bishops Stortford within the technical support department.
The position will require shift work including 12 hr days 8am – 8pm and weekend working on a rota basis (likely 1 in 4). HOWEVER you will also in return get some long weekends and due to the longer working days will only work around 14 days in a 4 week period……. That’s a good number of days off!!
Main duties include:
- Providing Technical & Product Support via inbound & outbound calls
- Resolving email queries
- See queries from inception through to resolution
- Managing workload in a fast based busy environment
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
