Finance Assistant wanted for a super-friendly company based in Stansted Mountfitchet who offer training and further study support!
Working in the finance team, you will be supporting and assisting other members of the team in a varied role, including:
Purchase & Sales ledger invoice & credit note processing
Purchase & Sales ledger payment processing
Credit Control & Credit Management
Maintaining multi-currency cash books & bank reconciliations
Maintenance of Nominal Ledger
Accruals & prepayments, Depreciation, etc.
Preparation of monthly accounts to Trial Balance
Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
Managing monthly cycle and month end process of numerous clients
Updating daily cash flows
Preparing weekly cash flow reports as required
Duties will depend on experience and the more advanced duties will be taught and supported by further study, making it an excellent opportunity to learn new things and progress!
Although accounting skills & experience would be beneficial, they will consider juniors who have the aspiration to grow and develop as well as the eagerness to learn new things and study.
As well as this, you must be accurate, efficient, organised, diligent, and be able to work on your own initiative.
In return, my client will be offering a salary of £18,000 - £23,000 (depending on experience).
