They urgently need an administrator -
They are looking for someone who has a proven administration background, preferably in a similar industry, and you should be: PC literate in all Microsoft packages; have previously worked on a support helpdesk liaising with Engineers and customers; confident in using spreadsheets; have an eye for detail; be able to cope under pressure; work well within a team as well as alone; be able to think proactively and problem solve.
Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30PM.
*Experience of CRM/Microsoft Dynamics package(s)
*Confident user of Microsoft Office, including word - excel - must be able to filter
*Good attention to detail
*Common sense - you will need to be able to assign emails that come into the sales mailbox to the right person (working across different disciplines)
