My client is looking for a strong administrator to join their team to manage enquiries relating to deliveries for patients. This role is a temp role to begin with, but with the view of going permanent in the near future. You will have to ensure an efficient and high-quality customer service is provided.
You will be accountable for calling patients to confirm delivery dates and details. You will be responsible for updating their in-house database and resolve any issues where necessary.
*Answer calls promptly and professionally
*Hold a pre-delivery call with patients
*Calculate when deliveries are due
*Process cancelled orders
*Liaise with other teams to resolve any issues
*Re-arrange failed deliveries
*Deal with customer complaints
*Make accurate notes and reports and adverse reactions
*Manage patient records
