Sales Administrator (Construction Industry)
Sales Administrator required for a leading UK retailer in the construction industry! The position lies within their hard metals department which is a bit more specialised than the others and therefore will require previous experience in the construction industry.
The position will include a mixtures of customer service and sales administration, including:
- Inbound & Outbound calls to confirm orders, addresses, delays etc.
- Processing orders onto SAP
- Investigating invoice queries
- Handling customer complaints
- Answering general queries
The successful candidate will have previous sales administration experience (in the construction industry), and ideally experience of SAP which is the system they use.
In return, my client will be paying a salary of £19,000, although if you have the industry experience this could be higher so please feel free to apply if you are looking for slightly more!
