Planning & Scheduling Administrator required for a busy & buzzing Operations team in the construction industry in Waltham Cross.
This is a very busy role where you will need to be extremely well organised and be able to assist in planning and scheduling the service team. This will involve:
- Compile packs for service team members
- Schedule and plan service team members to jobs
- Ensure service team have what they need to carry out the job (incl. parking, skips, materials etc.)
- Schedule times and slots with tenants
You will need to be extremely well organised and have the ability to work under pressure (if not this is not the job for you!). You will need to have a background in either construction or the services industry (gas, energy etc.), as well as experience in planning and scheduling within those industries.
In return, my client will be looking to pay a salary of £20 - £25k (depending on experience), based on working hours of 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday.
