Up for a challenge?! Can you convince a determined gatekeeper to put you through then get a CEO to agree to a meeting? Our client, based in Sawbridgeworth, are looking for a B2B Appointment Creator and Account Manager to join their team.


The company enables clients to understand and engage their customers at a higher level, increasing their sales and improving overall business performance. They provide a specialist, high quality lead generation service that focuses on reflecting their customers to provide a few high quality leads rather than pages of names on a list.


THE ROLE:

-              Generating new business by making appointments on the telephone (involving cold/warm calling)

-              Making calls on behalf of the client and their accounts

-              Handling calls sensitively and professionally at all time

-              Daily management of activities/tasks/client database correctly 

-              Daily management of emails responding correctly with no errors

-              Effective time management when meeting minimum call standards

-              Calling on behalf of clients to meet monthly minimum targets

-              Lead sourcing and proactively sourcing own leads 

-              Meeting the minimum targets set individually and per team

-              Complete call logging and sales tracking sheets 

-              Opportunity to progress into Field Sales

 

THE CANDIDATE:


-              Highly developed communication skills with an excellent telephone manner

-              Proven track record of B2B cold calling and appointment making

-              Research Background an advantage

-              Self-Motivated

-              Honest and Trustworthy

-              Interpersonal Social Skills

-              Ability to work logically, systematically and being able to multi task 

-              Attention to detail and organisational skills essential

-              Positive, Proactive and Competitive attitude

-              Solution orientated

-              Driven to achieve targets

-              Team player

-              Understanding of CRM system - Salesforce  would be beneficial 

 

SKILLS:

-              Educated to Graduate Level or equivalent desirable

-              Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.

-              Experience of using Salesforce CRM would be an advantage 

-              General computer literacy

-              Professional, confident and courteous manner essential
