The ideal candidate will have industry experience and be confident in leading a team. Your duties would include:
- Daily operational responsibility for food production of the highest standard
- Training, developing & motivating the team
- Ensuring health, safety & hygiene standards & regulations are enforced
- Stock control & ordering
- Supporting the Head Chef in day to day operations
- Deputising in the Head Chefs absence
This would suit a candidate looking for their next step and a new challenge. In return, my client will be offering a salary of £23,000 - £25,000, meals on duty, company uniform, discounted hotel stays, and more!
