On a daily basis you will be:
Working with the existing technical team and reporting to the Technical Manager, offering support to Service Agents, Retails and end users alike.
Technical thought process
Computer skills essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to discuss and diagnose over the phone and email
Product knowledge retention essential
Sense of urgency and accuracy required
Attention to detail
Able to work on own initiative
The majority of the role - well about 60-65% of the time is phone based the balance is spent on admin work, so the ideal candidate needs to be quite versatile and fit in with the existing team of people.
You will need a car due to the location and MUST HAVE office based customer service experience.
Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 17:30pm and Friday you finish at 17:00pm.
This lot are a very social bunch who are into team bonding to keep morale high, so someone with an outgoing, fun personality would really suit them!!
You need to be able to hit the ground running, so someone with life/work experience would be ideal! Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills are paramount.
