A leading distributor in Harlow are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused and hardworking telesales executive to join them. This company provide a complete solution to the catering industry from a teaspoon to fresh produce to a database of 60,000 customers. They provide every food option from quality ingredients to finished meals, including a number of own brand ranges as well as all the big brands and regional specialities.

The telesales team is an essential part of the company as customer orders must be processed accurately and taken in an efficient and professional way. As part of this team you will be responsible for outgoing sales calls and incoming calls to drive business forward in order to achieve sales targets.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers whilst taking accurate orders and managing any problems. You will be responsible for upselling to try and increase orders as well as explaining promotional offers and new product lines.

" You will be responsible for making Outbound calls and dealing with incoming calls to take our customers' normal orders

" To ensure all telephone calls are taken in a professional and courteous manner,

" You will be required to manage your own customer base and through careful analysis of on screen data and account statistics

" Planning and organising the day to ensure all opportunities are maximised

" To attend and participate in team meetings , training sessions 

" You will help every customer to buy across our product range, selling in new lines, link and gap selling, and maximising customer spends.
