Working as part of a dynamic sales team within a family run business you will be expected to manage a portfolio of Overseas Customers ensuring excellent standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
Generating sales and new business as well as planning and organisation is the key to success here however your day to day role will involve:
- Trading products all over the world to complete back to back deals
- Dealing with all incoming business enquiries - converting new business leads into sales
- Upselling/cross selling products
- Providing quotes
- Buying in stock, stock availability and pricing Information
- Processing Sales Orders
- Organising Freights including all shipping documentation
- Keeping databases up to date and accurate logs of deliveries, collections and Invoicing.
- Liase with warehouse regarding stock/returns
The working environment is relaxed however you must be self motivated as targets are there to be met!
Skills required to suceed in this role:
- Must be able to priotitise workload
- Cope with large amount of emails, calls and Organise time effectively
- Capable of thinking on your feet and making Independent decisions
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- English and Maths to GCSE Grade C
