Our client, a payroll outsourcing service based in Henham, is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. The firm is looking to grow and is building a reputation for providing high quality service to its customers. The candidate will be administering client payrolls and providing a quality communication link between the firm and their clients.
" Accepting client input for each payroll and processing it according to best practice
" Processing payrolls according to provided schedules.
" Quality checking of payroll inputs and outputs
" Production of payroll reports, payslips, packaging and despatching
" Completion of internal documentation to ensure full documentation of tasks completed and correct invoicing.
" Providing advice on payroll and related matters to both internal and external resources
" Following quality procedures in supplying the service.
" Assisting in the production of schedules, checklists and other efficiency exercises.
" Assisting with the design, completion and distribution of client communications
" Assisting with client implementation exercises
" Carrying out any other reasonable duties in line with the post which may be required.

Skills / Abilities
" Intermediate IT Literacy with demonstrable proficiency in Word and Excel.
" Excellent organisational skills, with a reliable and methodical approach to management of multiple activities and issues.
" Ability to work either unsupervised or as part of a team.
" Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate successfully with clients and suppliers.
" Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch
