We have a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team in an ever-expanding business. They are looking for a Temporary Accommodation Support Worker to join their team.
The Role:
- Managing booking forms
- Allocation & preparation of accommodation
- Helping day to day running of the temporary accommodation division
- Liaising with organisations/councils
- Carrying out inspection pre and post move in
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Liaising with contractors for any works needed
The Person:
- Have an approachable manner.
- Be thick skinned, these people are extremely vulnerable so keeping that in mind with your approach.
- Must be a driver with own vehicle (Mileage will be paid)
- Can do attitude
- Proactive approach to situations
- Great interpersonal skills
The role is Monday-Friday 9am- 5pm
